Your collected personal data may be processed by Per Clinic in accordance with the fundamental principles prescribed by the Law and the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law, as stated below:

• Planning and implementation of the company's human resources policies and processes,
• Execution of procurement processes for goods and services by the company,
• Execution of financial and accounting processes by the company,
• Planning and execution of the company's commercial and/or business strategies,
• Ensuring legal, technical, and commercial-business security of the company and relevant individuals in business relationship with the company.

3. Parties to whom Your Personal Data is Transferred and Purposes of Transfer

Our collected personal data may be transferred to legally authorized public institutions and legally authorized private institutions by Per Clinic in accordance with the fundamental principles prescribed by the Law and the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law:

• Planning and implementation of the company's human resources policies and processes,
• Execution of procurement processes for goods and services by the company,
• Execution of financial and accounting processes by the company,
• Planning and execution of the company's commercial and/or business strategies,
• Ensuring legal, technical, and commercial-business security of the company and relevant individuals in business relationship with the company.

4. Method and Legal Reason for Collecting Your Personal Data

Your personal data is collected through various channels based on legal reasons to ensure compliance with legislation and Company policies for the purpose of conducting Company activities. The collected personal data may be processed and transferred within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law and for the purposes stated in this Privacy Notice.

5. Rights of the Personal Data Owner under Article 11 of the Law

As the data subject, you have the following rights under Article 11 of the Law:

• Learning whether your personal data is being processed or not,
• Requesting information if your personal data has been processed,
• Learning the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
• Knowing the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred, whether domestically or internationally,
• Requesting correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or inaccurately processed and requesting the notification of the transaction made within this scope to the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
• Requesting the deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in the relevant laws, despite being processed in accordance with the Law, and requesting the notification of the transaction made within this scope to the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
• Objecting to the occurrence of a result against you by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
• Demanding compensation for the damage in case you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.

Depending on the nature of your request, your applications will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest; however, in case of additional costs, the Company reserves the right to charge you a fee according to the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
